Here is by far the best place to invest time soul and money. With my analytical farming background I try to use my feelings to understand this garden of complexities.
The vineyard is a constant balancing act between excesses and shortages with the aim of a balanced wine. Some of these delicate equilibriums can take up 15 years to sort out or maybe not in my life time.

As any self respecting grape grower we have a naturel urge towards protecting our capital "terroir" by the minimal use of artifacts, but fanatical pseudo religions are not for me.

Of the 40 hectares of the estate 18 are of vines

3 red grape varieties
 
The Red wines are principally made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with some Cabernet Franc.
3 white grape
varieties
 
Semillon dominates most of the white blends with some Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle.
