Here is
by far the best place to invest time soul and money. With
my analytical farming background I try to use my feelings
to understand this garden of complexities.
The vineyard is a constant balancing act between excesses
and shortages with the aim of a balanced wine. Some of these
delicate equilibriums can take up 15 years to sort out or
maybe not in my life time.

As any self respecting grape grower we have a naturel urge towards protecting our capital "terroir" by the minimal use of artifacts, but fanatical pseudo religions are not for me.
