3 terroirs

Le Cailloutis is for the most part a Redzina; fine fragmented chalk stones.
Le Silica are soils composed of quartz and flint stone over a clay base. These stones being good for the drainage and help to heat the soils.
Les Argilleres this soil type is terra rossa which are red clays over lime stone which are particularly well adapted for excellent Merlot.
Implanted on top of a hill (Colline), one of the highest points of the region, the vineyard of La Colline faces the Midi and is protected from the cold winds from the north by a shelter belt of trees.
